Tomatoes or canned whole tomatoes
Fresh garlic. minced
Heat pan on medium.
Add chopped tomatoes, fancy cutting not required.
Cook down for about ten minutes.
Add garlic.
Cook a couple minutes more. Done!
Drop some spaghetti into the sauce to coat.
Top with fresh basil, a shred of parmigiano & a drizzle of peppery extra virgin olive oil.
